How do I track my shipment?


You can track your shipment by entering your tracking number in the box at the top of this page. We provide real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery time. You'll also receive email notifications at key milestones.

Where can I find my tracking number?


Your tracking number can be found in your order confirmation email, shipping confirmation email, or on your invoice. If you're having trouble locating it, please contact our customer service team who can retrieve it for you.

What do the different tracking statuses mean?


  • Label Created: We've received your shipping information
  • In Transit: Your package is moving through our network
  • Out for Delivery: On the truck for final delivery
  • Delivered: Successfully delivered to recipient

My tracking hasn't updated in a while, what should I do?


While we provide frequent updates, there may be periods where tracking doesn't refresh, especially during transit between major hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours during business days, please contact our support team for assistance.

What are your delivery hours?


We deliver Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time. Some locations may offer Saturday delivery for an additional fee. You'll receive a delivery time window notification when your package is out for delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after shipment?


Address changes are possible for a fee if the package hasn't reached the final delivery hub. Contact our customer service immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Additional fees may apply depending on the package's current location.
